Let me just say that it has been yeeeeeearrrrss since I have sported a two-piece swimsuit. Having put on a few pounds since my wanna be sports illustrated years, it's kind of become a no-no for me. Areas of concern: tummy, buttocks, larger-than-average sized breasts. I'm typically a large in dresses, but the top part is usually the most challenging challenging for me. Most two pieces are skinny straps or halter top and both dig into my neck and shoulders, which become very uncomfortable. I put on this swimsuit and I felt like I could finally say YES to a two-piece again!! I almost cried. The top is comfortable and adjustable while maintaining support and still have a bit of sexiness to it. The bottoms are comfortable and definietly help with the tummy tuck area. This is a great swim-suit! I am 5'5" 159, 38DDD and wear large tops and size 8/medium bottoms. The top held the girls without spillage over the top or through the bottom! I usually wear a small, but I sized up to a medium for this swimsuit just to make sure it would fit. For reference, I’m 5’2” and about 130 pounds. The medium works well overall, but the top is a little loose on me, so a small probably would have been a better choice for the upper part. I normally stick to one-piece suits, but this two-piece really caught my eye. It feels modest, comfortable, and very well-made. The material is thick, soft, and high quality. Nothing feels flimsy or see-through. The only thing I might adjust is the top for a tighter fit, but could also be taken as a personal preference. I had a baby last year and got massive tiger stripes on my tummy. This comes to just below my belly button and is just right for coverage. The top is a very cute fit however the straps are too loose on me even all the way cinched down. I will have to wear it with the straps hooked together for it to have sufficient lift.
