cute cover up. I'm 4'11, 128lbs. I ordered the medium. I kept going going back and forth on the small or medium. Some reviews said it ran big. I usually wear a medium to large depending on style. The medium fit loose but hung flattering down the front. I wanted a looser fit since it will be worn over a bathing suit. I also had it altered. Not sure on the quality since I haven't worn it. I chose the plum colored one, the material is like a thicker chiffon and is somewhat see through. I also washed and dried and it came out perfect. Read more
