I don’t like the way it fits as a coverup. I’m always having to pull it down because it’s too close up on my neck. Apart from the neck issue, it has a loose fit with strings to tie in the back for a more fitted look. It’s lightweight, breathable and does not have any stretch. This is a cute and lightweight satin cover-up. While it’s adorable, it’s not my personal favorite swimsuit cover-up. I find it challenging to pull it over my head when I’m wet; it tends to get stuck on me. Additionally, the fabric Is thin and absorbs water very quickly - so it’s not warm at all. I also wish it had a more robe-like design. On the positive side, it covers my shoulders, preventing sunburn. It also looks really cute once dry. I recommend this cover-up for someone who lives in a warm area, as it won’t keep them warm as the cover-up dries. It’s not a warm swimsuit cover; it’s a cute swimsuit cover. This is a SUPER cute swimsuit cover up and I’m in love with it. I was nervous about the pattern looking a little too old but I absolutely adore it. It’s a silky fabric that’s easy to slip on and off, it has a great little tie in the back to give it shape. I’m excited to take it on a trip somewhere tropical and warm. It’s not sheer so I don’t think you’d be able to see dark colored swimsuits through it, I put a black swimsuit under it and you couldn’t see it but it could be different in natural lighting. So if you have lunch at a resort and need a cover up this is a winner. It is a tad thick so I don’t think it’ll be super breathable on a hot day and it was so staticky it kept sticky to my butt haha!
