I love these glasses!! I had purchased two other types before these and they did nothing fory sleep. I put these glasses on two hours before bedtime and I start noticing I'm getting sleepy I'm about half an hour. They seem higher quality than I thought for this price. Before I had these, my bio-clock got so used to the lights at my night security job. I habitually went to sleep 3AM. Then, I had trouble functioning in my public school day job. Now that I got these I finally am able to go to sleep when I need to and I performed better at my jobs. I like the style.
