We bought these for some sconces that we didn't want to hardwire. I love that they are battery powered and that you can choose a cool white, more of a daylight brightness and then a warm white which is what we prefer. You can also adjust the intensity of each of these settings which is really nice. They're super easy to install and they can serve as flashlight or night light in the event that we lose power. It says they only hold charge for 4 hours so we will see if that's true. It doesn't seem like very long but I'll update as we see how long they actually last. At first I didn't know if I would like how flat they are compared to a normal light bulb, but I love how they look a little more flush against the sconce. They seem like good quality but I will update how they hold up! We have another set of battery powered lights that are junk compared to this. They don't light up anything so I'm really thankful to find an option that's going to work! Read more

✅ What I Like: The bulb provides bright, consistent light — surprisingly powerful for a battery-operated bulb. Rechargeable feature is very convenient; no need to keep buying batteries. Easy to install in standard light sockets — just screw it in like a regular bulb. Works well as an emergency light during power outages or as portable light for camping or outdoor use. Lasts for a decent amount of time on a full charge. ❌ Why Not 5 Stars: The battery life could be longer — it requires fairly frequent recharging if used regularly. Takes a bit longer to fully recharge compared to some other rechargeable bulbs. The light is a bit cooler/whiter than I expected (personal preference). Read more

So you know those moments when the power goes out and you’re left in the dark, wishing you had a light source that could also double as a mood setter? Enter the BLUEYE Rechargeable Light Bulbs. These bad boys are like the Swiss Army knife of light sources, except instead of knives, you get a remote control and four color temperatures. Because who doesn’t want to control their lighting from the couch while pretending to be a wizard? (Not me. I totally do.) These rechargeable bulbs pack a punch with 300 lumens of light and 40W equivalent brightness, which is perfect for creating just the right ambiance without accidentally signaling an airplane to land in your living room. You get two in the pack, so now you have one for the bedroom and one for the bathroom… or just one for a late-night snack run. Either way, your life just got a little brighter. PROS: • Rechargeable & Portable: Just pop ‘em in the charger and you’re good to go. These bulbs won’t leave you in the dark unless you want them to, literally. • Remote Control: Because you’re too cool to get up and adjust your lights manually like some kind of plebeian. Use the remote to dim, change the color, or even set a timer...like you’ve got your life together (even if you don’t). • Four Color Temperatures: Want to vibe like you’re in a dimly lit bar or feel like you’re basking in the glow of a sunrise? You got options. • Emergency Backup: Power out? No problem. You’re still the light of the party...literally. CONS: • Size: The size is a bit on the larger side, so don’t expect it to fit into every tiny lamp in your house. But, you know, bigger is better, except when it comes to your college loans, maybe. • Can’t Replace Bulbs in Standard Fixtures: If you’re hoping to just swap these into your standard fixtures and go, think again. These bad boys are a little more specialized. In the end, if you’re looking for a reliable, rechargeable lighting solution that doesn’t require rewiring your entire house or learning how to be a professional electrician, the BLUEYE bulbs are here to save the day. And hey, they’re not just for emergencies, they’re perfect for setting the mood for a Netflix binge, too. So go ahead, light up your life like the star you are. Read more

Could the battery life be longer? Probably. Do they still work great and make it so much easier if you don't want to get up to turn the lights off (particularly if you prefer to turn the lights off in bed and don't want the light right next to you). I originally got these because I have a beautiful old lamp that is in a desperate need of a replacement for the cord. I didn't want to plug in the lamp so I found these and they work great! Yes, they do die and I would say die decently quickly but you should still get at least one day minimum of straight use out of them. As I tend to rotate the lights, the two-pack works great for me! Only downside is in my move I lost the remote. You can use the button on the bottom to still use them but the remote made using them so smooth and easy so I am disappointed it is lost. (Supposedly I can get a replacement as I bought it within a year ago but I can't figure out how to contact the manufacturers) Read more

I really like these rechargeable bulbs. You don't need an outlet and the bulb base can easily be added to any lamp, or you can create your own lamp with a basic lamp harp setup. I've tried a few other bulbs, but this one seems to last longer and I especially like the remote control, that has timer and light level settings. Would purchase again! Read more

purchased these lights to use with sconces for my coffee bar as I did not want to hard wire or plug in cords. Charging up the bulbs was easy and so was the setup on the sconce. Unfortunately the bulbs don't go on and off together all the time and the bulbs are short lived after 2 to 3 uses. I am not using it all day only to make a cup of coffee as it lights up my coffee bar. I am charging one or the other every week, thought i would at least have a month of use before recharging since I am not using them daily as I work out of the home or for a long period of time. Good idea still needs work for the price. Read more
