Great shoes!

ElenMarch 9, 2017

These shoes are one of the best pair of shoes I purchased. I have been wearing them for about 2,5 months now. Here are the advantages and disadvantages that I so far found! Advantages - High quality materials inside and outside. - Don't get wet in snow and rain. - Insanely comfortable, I can wear them all day long and they don't make my feet tired at all. - Don't make feet smell or sweat. - Looks amazing. Disadvantages - The price. Yes, the price is really high Also, by reading all the reviews I decided to order a size bigger and that was a bad decision. I started the process of changing the item, and requested a size smaller shoes, and I did not even manage to send my old pair, when my new pair already arrived. Took about 2 days. Service is awesome too! Overall I would definitely recommend getting blundstone shoes if you can afford it. I strongly believe this is my first, but not last experience with them! Will update if anything changes! Update: Sept 7, 2017 Have been still using them.Still feel amazing and keep my feet warm! Read more

They get the job done!

Real SusanDecember 17, 2025

Blundstone. The unofficial boot for winter. And fall. And rainy days. I find myself wearing these often because they are warm, good in rainy, cold, slushy weather. They do the job. Practical. Not super soft but as I break them in they get more comfortable. I don’t want to say they are “plain” because they are cute with leggings and my winter socks, but what they sorta, maybe, kinda lack in pizzazz, they more than make up for in every other category. These are shaping up to be my workhorse 3 season boots. My “go to” boots, so they very worth it! Definitely getting my money’s worth. Read more

Snug, warm, comfortable, a very good winter boot, buy Blundstones.

John DoeJanuary 17, 2015

To preface, I used to be a sneaker person for many years, then wores standard oxford shoes because work required such dress code. Then I started wearing chelsea boots as an alternative to oxfords and that worked for a while. I started wearing Doc Martens 2976. They have a nice look to them, but offer almost no arch support. So the next progression would be Blundstones since they touted anatomically correct design. I concur that Blundstone's are much more comfortable than the 2976s because there is a moderate amount of arch support. So the ball of my foot and the top of my foot don't ache as much anymore. I've got mostly a desk job, but I could walk around the streets all day with these. What makes these Warm & Dry better than the regular Blundstones (which I also own) is the Thinsulate insulation and the sherpa foot bed. These are now my go to winter boots. It takes about a couple weeks for the sherpa lining to flatten down. When I started wearing these they felt almost a 1/2 size too small, but now that I've broken them in, they are a slightly snugger fit than the usual Blundstones. But this I want because I use it as a winter boot, and want that extra snug fit. As with other Blundstones, the ankle elastics provide a good seal from the elements. That I cannot say about the 2976 which have a really big and loose opening so it sometimes feels like I'm flip flopping around. The Blundstones feels secure and my feet are "with the ground" so to speak. A few small details, these boot only come with the sherpa lined insoles. The regular Blundstones come with two insoles, a regular and one a 1/2 size smaller in case the boots run a tad small. I wish they included regular insoles with these boots so I can wear them when the weather warms up. I did switch out the insoles from my regular Blundstones and they basically have an identical fit, so the sherpa lining adds just that extra bit enough to make it a slightly tighter fit. Last of note is that these boots are made in Vietnam and not in Tasmania. Personally I don't mind where products are made as long as they are high quality. I have not owned an Australian made pair so I don't have a baseline to compare, but I think these boots, for the extra premium they command. As for long term value, let's see how these boots hold up over time. I tend to wear boots year round, and my poor Doc Marten 2976 boots got a nice hole in them after only one year of moderate wear. That is poor value for money in my opinion. I have a feeling these Blundstones will hold up, but I've only had them for about 3 months now. I'll post an update on how they're doing down the line. Finally price wise Amazon has a really good price for these boots especially around Black Friday season. I got these 20% off which drop them down to under 150, which is the best price you can find anywhere. Read more

Great boot, but I do think they’re a defect batch being sold as legitimate.

JesseNovember 24, 2025

I wear a Men’s 13. The shoe said 9 (or 6) on the bottom like someone else mentioned. There is no way my foot would even fit in either of those sizes. They fit great, are super comfortable, and appear to be legitimate quality leather. I think the factory must have forgotten to swap the size number on the bottom of their mold that day or something, making these technically defects. I don’t really care, though. The boot fits… Read more

Manufacturing or sizing error

K J.June 8, 2023

I ordered a pair of size AUS 6 Blundstones from this seller. Upon receiving the boots, the “size 6” symbol on the exterior sole appeared to be a different texture than the rest of the sole (this is not the case with the other pair I own). They seemed much larger than my other pair of size AUS 6 boots, so I checked out the interior inserts and interior sole. Both say size AUS 7. In the boots I currently own, the numbers are consistent in all three places. I am suspicious of a manufacturing error or some dishonesty on the retailer’s part somewhere down the line. I am also suspicious that these have been previously worn. Unfortunately, I am not allowed to exchange the product. I am only allowed to receive a refund. However, the price of the boot has gone up over $50 since I bought them, so I am unable to use this refund to replace them. I am extremely disappointed. Read more

Good shoe, but dont get it wet

MalbieeSeptember 6, 2019

Came with the animal fur insoles so the feet stay warm in winter. Be sure to apply weathering wax or water protection as if they get wet there is little you can do to save them. Unfortunately I didn't weather proof the INSIDE of the shoe and as water invariably got in during snowy weather, the leather inside started to fall apart at the heel causing intense pain and discomfort. I cut away the damaged parts and replaced the insoles to keep them wearable but they don't see as much use due to the bad smell from the inside despite application of tea tree oils and other deoderants. Not sure If I could have done anything differently to care for these better but they were good for 2 winters of use until they became an issue. Read more
