I was puzzled by the size of connection. The filters have a 1" connection, the ultraviolet light has a 3/4" connection. Why wouldn't the manufacturer make them all the same size? Don't get my wrong, this is a great product. Just took more planning to get the right connections. I work on plumbing projects all the time. If you're installing this for the first time. Get a paper and pencil lay it out point out what connectors you need. This way it's less chance of having to keep going to the hardware store. Read more

I order the bluonics filter system with 110w uv light for my home well water. The quartz tube for which the UV bulb sits in came broken. There was a paper with bluonics contact info in the package. I contacted them via email and was replied to within minutes. They sent me the part that was broken no questions or hassle at all. Have since installed system and couldn't be happier. Parts were all quality, pressure gauges on the filter rack are all glycerine filled gauges which are better than standard.
