The adjustable straps are thick and help with fit. The double lining holds you in and feels secure (and confident!) it is a bit smaller cut on the backside-so just beware if you have a larger booty! I have gotten many compliments on this suit. The color is amazing, the cut is perfect, the fit stays the same when in the water, and it is true to size. Strap adjustments are easy, but I wish I could tighten them hush a little bit more. I’m shorter in stature, so even after I tighten things all the way, I need it tightened more. This swimsuit is very flattering on and fits well giving a bit of tummy control. I am 5'8", 160 lbs. and long in the torso, so was very pleased that the size L wasn't cut too short for me. I would love to give it 5 stars but find that it does not hold in place as snuggly as I would like around the bottom. This suit is so cute and flattering and I love the color. Would have given it five stars happily, but the metal rings on the back of the suit caused an allergic reaction.
