I'm kind of short waisted, at 5' 4.5"/160 lbs & Size large worked without being too long. Many one pieces simply have too much fabric in the torso, but this one worked, especially because of how adjustable it is. Because of the flexibility of the straps & tie I think it would work for longer torsos too. Cute style, the greenish blue color is different than my usuals!
