Bob and Brad eye massagers have improved my life in the best ways. I have suffered from dry eyes for several years now. I used over the counter eye drops several times a day along with a very expensive prescription eye drop. Yet I still suffered from dry, irritated eyes and blurred vision until I discovered Bob and Brad heated eye massagers. My doctor had recommended I use an eye mask that has to be heated in the microwave. That was too much of a bother, so it didn’t happen. Bob and Brad eye massagers heat up with a built-in rechargeable battery, no microwave required. Because they are so easy to use, I started using them twice a day and my dry eyes all but disappeared. And the battery on this new EYEFLOW model last so much longer than my old mask, and it charges up incredibly fast. Beyond eye health, this has been a tool for my mental health. I was pleasantly surprised to see how much the eye massage helps with my anxiety. I hold a lot of stress in my body and when the body tenses, the brain interprets this physical signal as a threat. This response is bad for the body and brain in many harmful ways. It also interferes with sleep. I saw such a wonderful difference in my sleep after I started using the mask. It helps me relax, fall asleep faster, and get deeper more refreshing rest. Unlike the previous model the Eyeflow is incredibly quiet. The description claims the 'whisper-quiet motor' creates a 'private sanctuary,' and I found this to be delightfully true! It is also lightweight and feels great on the face. The Bluetooth is a great feature. I can listen to my favorite relaxing music- Vivaldi’s Four Seasons. Bob and Brad also have amazing customer service. They responded very quickly to an issue I had and completely resolved it in a marvelous way. It is so refreshing to find that kind of service these days. I will stick with this company. I do not use the cool feature because dry eyes benefit from heat and this winter has been too cold for cold eyes. But in the summer, I think the cool will feel really good. There is a speaker in the unit that plays spa music for relaxing, white noise for sleeping and nature sounds. It is very comfortable and massages around the eyes, upper cheeks, eyelids and temples. There are 3 settings of massage. light, medium and strong massage. The strongest massage is not too strong. It feels soooo good. You can choose heating, cooling, a combination of both or nothing. Just as with the temperatures, you can choose to turn off massage and just have heating and cooling. The adjustable strap makes it easy for the entire family. My 6 year old autistic kiddo loves this massager. It calms her so quickly and has even put her to sleep. It is very user friendly. The buttons on the sides are simple to understand and when you press them, a soft voice tells you the setting. Its auto off feature is great. The media could not be loaded. I’ve really enjoyed this eye mask. It came with a case and folds up nicely for travel. I was a little worried at first that the metal eye pieces would feel uncomfortable, but that wasn’t the case at all, they follow the contour of my eyelids really nicely and are cool to the touch even before I turn the mask on. When I do turn it on the heating and cooling options both come up (or down) to temp almost instantly. I personally prefer the heating mode, but I definitely see the appeal in both and will likely use the cooling mode next time I get a migraine. In the past I’ve used a similar product but it only offered heat, with no cooling option, and the massage mechanism was too loud to help without worsening the headache, so I really enjoy how quiet the Bob and Brad eye mask is even on the strongest massage mode. I’ve also used heat/ice packs for migraines but to use those I need to walk downstairs to the kitchen and either microwave it or stick it in the freezer which takes time and effort that I don’t have to spare when I wake up with a migraine. Being able to just reach over and grab this mask and have it cold or hot in under a minute is a big plus. I previously purchased the BOB AND BRAD Zero Pro Ultra-Quiet Eye Massager. I thought that this would be a great upgrade that helped to fix problems that were minor from my previous purchase. However, I’m very disappointed because I wanted to purchase some more as gifts for my sisters. But I have to try to get adjusted to the comfortability, and after only using it one time it is no longer charging. So I will be returning it for being defective with the battery life and not charging up. I find that my previous purchase of the ultra quiet pro had minor issues that I was still willing to deal with because it was very comforting and soothing, and now that one is not available with my HSA card as it was for the first two purchases. I find that the ultra quiet pro is a lot more comfortable, and covers more area for massaging. I definitely will be returning this. Read more
