I bought this as a gift for my boyfriend and it turned out to be one of the best purchases. He works long hours on his feet and mainly uses it on his legs after work or after workouts. The relief is almost immediate — you can literally feel the muscles relax within minutes. I also use it on him for full-body sessions, especially on his neck and upper back with the heat feature activated — that’s where it feels the most relaxing and effective. I’ve used it on myself as well, and it works just as well. It has multiple intensity levels, and they truly make a difference. The power is more than enough, and it works well on both shoulders and back. Adjusting the settings is easy too. The heat function is really comfortable, especially when muscles are sore. After using it, I can definitely feel more relaxed. The noise level is reasonable and totally fine for home use. The massage heads are actually useful, not just for show. I am absolutely disgusted. I ordered what was supposed to be a brand-new massage gun, but I received a unit that is clearly USED. There is hair and debris all over the attachments and inside the case (see attached photos). This is extremely unhygienic, unprofessional, and poses a serious health risk. I got this after owning the C2 Pro for a year and I wanted a second massage gun to take with me for use after the gym or long hikes and am loving it so far. The battery life is excellent. I can typically get 3 or 4 sessions out of it, depending on the speed setting. The attachments it comes with are all really effective; especially the arc attachment, which is perfect for sore legs. The weight is also impressive, considering the battery size. The handle is really comdortable and ergonomic so I don't find my hand getting tired after extended use like with other devices.
