The idea for this is great but it’s just not super effective. I sit for work and have terrible shoulder pain so I was hoping this would help when I couldn’t get help but it’s hard to use on yourself and it’s not as strong as I want it to be. I wasn't sure what to expect with this massage gun - I know what a massage gun is but I wasn't sure, before the pictures, how the belt would work. Before I get into any more of my opinions, I want to say that it definitely surpassed expectations. The standard massage gun part of the machine is fairly run-of-the-mill in the sense that you know what to expect: a mssage gun, with 8 different heads that you can use for various purposes, with the massage gun itself having several different intensities. The intriguing part, at least to me, was the belt. It works by having a head that you attach to the gun and then the belt attached to a separate handle, which you then connect to the head. You can wrap the belt around different body parts and it'll massage. It worked much better than expected and I was very happy using just the belt or attaching the optional massage heads to the belt itself for a deeper tissue massage. One other thing about the gun that I enjoyed, and has been a minor negative about Bob and Brad products in the past, is the fact that they use USB-C to charge instead of micro-usb as with previous products. This massage gun/tool is fantastic. I was unable to find anything on YouTube, Google, Reddit for a review, and there are only a handful of reviews on Amazon at the moment, so I was skeptical. But I happy to say that this far exceeds my expectations, and the value is fantastic at $149 on Amazon. You can use this like a traditional massage gun with multiple attachments and it has 5 intensities. The max power is very strong, but the lightest is gentle but strong enough to get the job done. I have a wife with EDS and she doesn’t typically want full power, so it is nice to have that range. I previously had a TimTam and that was a 1 speed jackhammer. I definitely like this better as the power doesn’t disappoint. The strap is where this tea gets interesting. Such a unique concept that allows you to provide self-care to any location without assistance. My wife relies on P.T., acupuncture, and massage therapy, and I fill in the gaps. Having the belt and the ability to add smaller massage heads onto the belt exactly where you need it is a game changer by allowing you to target those hard to reach spots with a traditional gun when using by yourself, like your back or the back of your arm/ leg - but even better for me - the back of my neck. My daughter also gets tension headaches so had her try it when she came for the holidays, and she loved that she could use it on her shoulders and neck to help relieve the tension.
