So much better than the regular plastic ones. These don't roll or pinch. They feel soft against skin. I have paid more for regular bands from the local store and the lighter weight ones began to lose some tension. The heavy weigh one snapped and broke on first use. These are less expensive, way better quality, and have more resistance. I had wanted to find something with more resistance than the standard 3 pack at the store. This checks that box. These aren't so heavy that I can't use them but allow me to continue building strength in my workout. Read more

These resistance bands have been great for my workouts. I really like the different colors, which make it easy to distinguish resistance levels. They don’t slip off easily and are very stretchable, yet still allow me to move freely and perform my exercises comfortably. The only thing is that I might need to upgrade to a stronger band soon as I progress, but for now, they work really well and feel durable. Read more

I really like these resistance bands. I bought these to replace a rubbery resistance band I had that constantly rolled and was super uncomfortable, and I have had no problems with them rolling or being uncomfortable, whether on yoga pants or with bare legs below yoga shorts.
