This powder is really good. I have been using it for 3 months. It blends into my coffee well and is almost tasteless. If you use another flavored creamer or make a smoothie you would not notice it at all. My nails have grown and are strong. I actually have little hairs growing around my forehead at the temples. I am 66 years old and I hoped for better complexion- maybe it is better- but I also use other lotions and potions on my face so I can not testify the the collagen powder helping with that. Read more

I first mixed it with only cold water, expecting it to not taste great or feel gritty. I was then planning to try it in my energize drink, iced tea, bubbly water, etc. to see what worked best.
