Item is user friendly easy to use also come with separate measurement tape. I'd recommend this item before buying a fitted hat. Doesn't require two people. Product is very light so I would speculate that it not very durable like to be drop on hard floors. Otherwise this was very helpful measuring my head . It works with larger and smaller measurements for certain. Not sure about Xl . Take the measurements you get and go to a hat website for conversion. Read more
