I've used more expensive brands, such as Rock Tape, in the past. I usually change this brand every couple of days. It has good sticking power and is a great deal. The pre-cut pieces are a timesaver too. I'm working on a rotator cuff issue and can accomplish taping by myself. Read more
This tape works like magic, I suffer from restless leg syndrome and I have a hard time falling asleep when the back of my thighs or my pancreatitis starts to act up and my back aches oh my this works almost instantly by the time you realize it started working you are also wondering how!!! This tape will suffice if you’re just doing a 90 minute workout, but it is less sticky than competitors. It also has a more cloth-like texture and it begins to fray after a couple of hours. The price is low, so it works for my short workouts when I don’t want to use my name-brand K Tape that’s at least twice the price. Read more

It is very flexible it acts as a muscle or tendon it took away a lot of my pain. I had toe surgery two years ago and to add to that have had hammertoes and gout plantar fasciitis! The tape lasts for days unlike the other tapes I’ve ever used. I have bought other kinesiology tapes that cost much that would lose elasticity upon application. Read more
I’ve been kinesio taping my mother’s knee for about 2 years now, avoiding a knee replacement for her. The orthopedic doctor said:” Well, if the twice yearly cortisone shots plus the kinesio taping work for you, you definitely don’t need a replacement” This tape is VERY sticky! If you have sensitive skin, be careful how you take the tape off. Probably a good idea to use special adhesive remover. Or use different kinesio tape for sensitive skin. This can easily last 2 weeks; after which your skin needs a break. Read more
