I've been using this mat for over four weeks now so I feel experienced with it to provide a review. This is a well made exercise mat and I've gone through several. So far, this mat has been the best of the bunch. The size is 24x60 inches while others are 72 inches. The smaller size is perfect because the bulk of my body only requires 48 inches or so. The half-inch cushioning is great and has kept my knees comfortable. I recommend this mat. Read more
I bought this mat after using the mats at the gym. Having the extra padding for my knee helps some. It's also good for stretching and doing exercises on the floor. It's the same vendor as the mats at the gym, so I know it's a good quality. I'd buy this again without question. Read more

This mat is great. It's what I'm familiar with from most gyms I was a member of. I recently turned my two-car garage into a home gym and bought two of these. The price, construction and comfort can't be beat. You can use the straps to roll it up or use the two grommets to wall hang, which is what I've done. Pleased with my purchase. Read more
