20 lb weighted vest
The media could not be loaded. This weighted vest makes it easy to multi task and benefit from strength training while doing so. I have the 20lb vest. It wasn't overwhelming or uncomfortable. It does adjust via straps and for me it needed maximum adjustment for it to fit. I felt it could have been made slightly smaller as there was alot of string material left after I made it suitable for my stature. I was able to knock out chores while I felt the work of the weights in my back as well as abs. Read more

Add a little extra to your walking
Body Sport Weighted Vest I'm 60 years old and active. I've heard of these vests as a way to help maintain bone density. I'm fairly light and went with the 5lb vest. This turned out to be a good weight for me. I've used this while doing exercises and walking. I do notice that my feet tire more, and I'm glad I went with the 5lb rather than the 10lb. The design is study, and the stitching secure. I'm quite small, and with the straps fully tightened, there is still a little play in the fitment. I've noticed that the weight bias a slightly towards the rear, but not significantly off-balance. Read more
Awesome vest, wish you could remove the weight and wash it
This weighted vest is great, I got the 20 lb version as a 6'1" guy and it's not extremely heavy but enough to raise my heartrate with some brisk walking. It's not really advertised, but I bought a molle phone holder and it fits with the straps on the front perfectly. I hate walking with my phone flopping around in my pocket so it's great to wear it on my chest. My only gripe is I wish you could take the weights out and wash the vest itself. It hasn't yet, but I worry it could get smelly. The vest is very comfortable and easy to fit to your body. Read more
