I keep tons of sunglasses in my collection, they’re as much a part of my ensembles as any other piece, and we live in the super sunny Southwest for them all to get some use. I really like the Bolon brand as a mid-range brand; they offer stylish frames/designs at a mid-range price point. These aviators are a classic style, I chose the ‘light carbon gunmetal/blue RV polarized’…they’re not about flair, but rather understated and chic style. The lens width is 57mm, so they aren’t small aviators, they border being oversized – I have both styles, small and oversized aviators in my collection. They came packed with a cool titanium-esque case, polishing cloth, and authenticity holographic sticker. They’re polarized for anti-glare and have UV 400 protection from UVA/UVB/UVC rays. They sit on the bridge of my nose comfortably and are quite lightweight overall. Bolon also states these sunnies perfectly reproduce the exact colors perceived by the naked eye. This product line is owned by Essilor - of which I have many products that are totally top notch, which is why I bought this Bolon brand. The frames are excellent quality as are the lenses - better than Oakley in my opinion. Very lightweight titanium. My only issue is with the nose pads - they are metal. Were they silicone they would not slip down the nose as much. Perhaps I can replace those. Very nice sunglasses for driving - would not be any good for anything more active, that is, these are not sport sunglasses, as they are not tight or snug on the head or nose. Read more

Ultra lightweight sunglasses - well made. Really like the finish on the frame and glass. These are polarized. has nosepads for adjustment. Comes with carry case. Fit is smaller than normal, I feel. i have slight wider face, and it barely reaches edge to edge. Quite pricey for these glasses. But overall, feels and looks quality and very chick. I have dozens of pairs of sunglasses, mostly ebcause I lose or break them easily, so I like to keep plenty around. This pair is lightweight, well made and super comfortable. They look good and fit very well on my big head. The lenses seem to cut out all the bright and the blue, making them a great bang for your buck. Looks good but fragile They look very nice and are extremely lightweight, almost unnoticeable when worn. Unfortunately, they are too fragile. After only two weeks of normal use, a small part came off and got lost, making the glasses unusable. It’s also unclear how to obtain replacement parts. These are not my first pair of Bolon glasses and they live up to the quality. I really love the style and look of them, they are comparable to any other expensive brand of glasses. They are very light weight but have great protection from the sun without obscuring your vision in any way. The style is really just top tier and they function exactly as I would hope and expect them to. I have not yet had anything happen to them that could cause a scratch on them, but I am not worried that will be a problem. The case they come in is okay, not my favorite, but that really isn't a big deal. I really do love these glasses and recommend them to anyone who is looking for really high quality sunglasses. These glasses are of very good quality, the materials are resistant, light and tasteful. As for the design is classic but still look fabulous, cool and fashionable, the crystals are thin and protect from glare and you can perceive the colors of the environment very well, the structure is light and somewhat delicate, the nose pads are very comfortable not squeezing, the colors of the sky, nature and the rest of the environment.
