It arrived undamaged, and the packaging was very nice as well. The quality of the charger looks solid and it uses a regular house plug, no flaky USB or USB-C charger. I love how you can charge 16 AA's at once, or 16 AAA's at once, or even mix them as I did in my photo. e.g., 8 AA's and 8 AAA's. Another bonus of this charger is that you don't have to pair them side by side, unlike most other chargers. You can literally leave spaces between batteries, and it will still work. Finally, I love how each row has a charging/charged light indicator (green/red) letting me know when each battery is either fully charged or charging. It took about an hour for the AAA's to charge and about 3ish hours for the AA's to charge. The longer charging time is normal due to the higher mAh rating of AA batteries. I am revising my previous one star review to five. It was my fault completely in not using this charger correctly. How hard could it be you wonder? Not difficult at all, but I, and co-worker, were not catching the AAA battery on the little notch in the slot, so it wasn't engaging. Ridiculous actually, that I was in such a hurry and didn't stop for a moment to look more carefully. And I rarely write reviews, why that day went bad I'm not sure. The customer service was very quick to respond and followed through with a clear video. I'm impressed with how thorough they were in making sure everything was working properly. This is a very nice charger. Easy to use and the bright LED indicators take the guess work out of it. You put the battery in, the red indicator light comes on and as long as it’s red, it means it’s charging, and when it turns green, it means it’s ready to go. Each battery compartment has its own set of indicator lights indicating the charge status for that particular battery. I really like that it charges both AA and AAA batteries. Read more

Great charger - lots of ports but the green indicator lights are very bright and stay on all the time, even after the battery is charged or if there is no battery in the port. If the lights went out after fully charged or removed, it would be 5 stars. Read more
