I recently had cataract surgery, and I am soon to go on vacation. While I can see 20/20 distance now, the reading vision is gone. I am already getting frustrated with putting on/taking off the cheaters, and was really frustrated to be out with sunglasses, went in a store and took those off and dug out the cheaters to read labels, back and forth. I wanted something to cover both so I look on Amazon and there is a wealth to choose from. I was a bit unsure about these--the price is phenomenal for FOUR pair--but I thought I'd try it. I am so glad I did! The frames seem very sturdy and while some people mention the lack of spring loaded hinges, I'm not concerned about that. They are very stylish, and the bifocal area is large enough to give good reading ability, but not so large (at least for me) to interfere with the distance vision. Didn't know these even existed! Wasn't sure if I could get used to them but so far so good. I don't usually have an issue with sunglasses or readers being too tight, but these are somewhat. I have tried to stretch them by heating in hot water but not working. I still like them though especially when trying to look at my phone while outside in the sun. Don't have to carry 2 different types of glasses now. Read more
Quality far exceeds the price. Lens are clear and frame is comfortable and durable. I appreciate the very dark lenses because I use these for relief during migraines. The strong frame is necessary for sleeping in the glasses. I also feel attractive in these glasses! Read more

GREAT VALUE -- I love owning this and I keep buying them as my go-to. I lose my sunglasses anywhere in the world! These are reliable; when I go inside a store and I realize I have forgotten my readers, I just slide them back down from my hair and I read labels looking like a movie star :) and if I lose them, I always have extra pairs at home. These are not dark enough to sit in the sun and read. If you are walking around an art fair in the summer and looking at items, these will work. They are not very dark at all. Read more
