absolutely first class product. My car had been dead for 4 days. The neighbour was going to lend me his jumper kit but he didn't come round, so I bit the bullet and bought this. I bought the wrong one at first, a trickle charger which was is somewhat useless you leave it to charge for a couple of days. Then I saw this little beauty and wink wink, it was love at first charge. It started my car first try and I am not looking back. Charges fast too, and thank god for over night delivery. Who said all corporations are evil. This is a must have for anyone. Small enough to carry whenever you leave the house and just have it about you. It's very simple to use, just make sure you have at least 25% change on the device to give you the power you need. This is a great device. I purchased two for my vehicles. It will start old diesels or new gas engines. Has great power. Highly recommend for a quick jump source while taking up only a small amount of room Great case. Read more
Used it on my car, don't go out much. I'M disabled so the car drains because of the electronics on it. Usually I have to put it on my charger. My other jumper died long ago and it was damaged near the size of a battery. I hadn't been anywhere in almost 2 weeks. Hooked it up at 100% car was totally dead and it started me right up,after that it read power at 80%. This is also a power bank, you can charge other devices as your phone in a power outage!!! I LOVE it so far, well see how long it last next!!! Read more
Works great, saved me and family a good amount of times in the past 2 years. It would be 5 stars but it tends to lose charge over time and needs to be recharged. Read more
Lifesaver! As long as the battery is charged at least to 50% (as the manufacturer states), the battery will jumpstart the car’s battery quickly. So easy to use, and the storage case is nice and compact to hold the battery and cable. I bought one for each of my vehicles, and they’ve both come in handy. Highly recommended! Read more
Last Tuesday I had to go to a rental property to make minor repairs. I turned the key and heard clicks from the car. I connected a battery charger and a few minutes later the engine started. I drove to the property with the battery charger and completed the repairs. It was time to leave so I connected the battery charger again but the battery was too far gone to crank the engine. I had to call AAA for a jump. I got back home and the next day I called Advance Auto Parts to have a Diehard battery delivered. I waited all day Friday for the battery but it never came. I called the store and was told the delivery driver decided not to deliver the battery. Now I pay $100 a year for AAA emergency roadside service but I don't like to wait for the service. Over the past 22 years I called AAA twice. The drivers are usually unfriendly and rude. I decided to buy a portable battery jumper so I signed up for Amazon Prime One Week Trial Membership to get the next day delivery. I found this battery jumper and ordered it Saturday and it was delivered Sunday. The jumper had a 70% charge and I thought I would see if it would start the engine. I turned they key and the engine started right up. The jumper's charge dropped to 58% so I plugged in the charger and waited for 100% charge. It took about 2 hours. Monday morning I connected the jumper again and drove to City Auto Supply to buy a new AC Delco battery. I didn't know portable jumpers were available in such a small package. I thought they were the big and bulky ones the AAA drivers used to carry. This battery jumper is only 6" x 3" x1-1/4". I like the sleek design and it comes in a nice case as well. It is simple to use. You just have to pop off the round Engine Start button and connect the black and red flexible hoses to the jumper. They will go in only one way. Then connect the red clamp to the positive terminal of the battery and the black clamp to the negative terminal of the battery and then turn the key normally. I would recommend this jumper to any car owner. It could be very useful if you need a jump and don't have emergency road service. It is well worth the price. Read more

I charged the unit to 100% and stored it in my Polaris RZR in case I had a dead battery in the future. About 2 weeks later I tried to start My Cub Cadet riding mower and the battery on it was dead. No problem, this is a good chance to try out my new jump start unit. I hooked it to the battery, turned it on and it showed 88% charged. I cranked the mower for about 5-10 seconds, it cranked fine but the mower hadn't been started for some time and wasn't firing so I gave it a little shot of starting fluid. Went to start the mower again and all it would do is click the starter, this starting unit would not even crank it over! To top it off, when I unhooked the leads from the battery the negative lead came apart, spring and handles in pieces. At this point the unit showed 85% charge but won't turn over a 22 HP riding mower. Next stop for this junk is the recycle bin. Lesson learned, you get what you pay for. UPDATE: To be fair, the seller emailed me offering a refund or replacement of this unit. I had already initiated a return and received a refund through Amazon so I appreciate the seller reaching out but my experience dictates that my review of the unit stands. Read more
