The media could not be loaded. I bought this boot and glove dryer for my husband who works outside. It was super easy to set up and get working quickly. After a full day of snow removal, it dried my husband’s waterproof gloves in about an hour and a half and his shoes took just a little bit longer. The noise coming from the machine is about as loud as a small fan. We had it sitting next to the TV and really only noticed the noise every now and then. For us, it was not bothersome at all. This can be remedied by placing it in another room like a laundry room or a mudroom. At this price point, I thought the drying time was reasonable and like that it has four tubes to dry a pair of boots and gloves at the same time. We like that there is a timer or you can leave the unit continuously running (though I don’t believe that the item should be left on for any extended period of time). The item is made of plastic, but seems durable. If you have a heavy pair of boots, I would use caution placing the boots and removing them from the plastic, to ensure that the boot does not break off any of the plastic pieces. Again, for the price point, I assume this device is meant for seasonal use or the occasional snow or rain day. We are pleased with the product and recommend for occasional use! Read more

Worked good for 3 years the unit could use a timer/ dial cover or something different. I work in sand/ dirt and that got into the timer a few times not allowing the unit to shut off. The screen on the bottom does decent catching debris from going in. Though pet hair builds up easily. If you turn the unit over to clean it something always gets on the heating coil creating that burning smell. But I use the unit every day of the year wearing waterproof boots year round. It did a great job and having more than one set of arms was great every now and then. The few down sides are as follows. There is no caps to close of the extra vents if you don't use them.. so I keep an old spare set of boots on it to balance the weight and help push the air to the set I use often. Along with that the unit tips over if not against a wall or no second set on there. My boots are decently heavy and tall. Overall can't complain much for the job it did. I would like to see a high, low or no heat option is about all. And maybe a better timer setup. Would love to give a new unit another go just wish the price was a bit cheaper? Read more

This boot/shoe dryer is great! I wash my shoes a lot in the washing machine. This will dry 2 pairs of shoes in 3 hours or less using the convenient timer. Now I can leave my boot dryer plugged in all the time without worrying about a fire since it has a timer function. My old dryer went in the trash! Read more
