Great resistance but bc it's so tight, it cuts into your hips a lot! you need a tower or a buffer to avoid pain Read more
Broke literally ripped in half
So you’d think this item would be durable for hip thrust but it isn’t used it heard a loud pop and then it got loose when I checked the whole band inside ripped in half. Definitely don’t rely on this better to get weights. Read more
