Quick and effective resistance band kit for home toning sessions. I pulled this Lenporl pedal puller out for some easy core and arm work a couple weeks back, and it's become a go-to for those lazy evenings when I want to squeeze in 15-20 minutes without much fuss. At $19.99 it's a steal for what you get: four purple latex tubes, the foot pedal with straps, a central handle, and two bonus hand grips that open up way more options. Quality-wise, it's surprisingly solid for the budget. The bands are thick natural rubber with no weird stretch-back or snap feel, even after daily pulls. The metal carabiner clips are beefy and lock tight without slipping, and the foam on the pedals and handles is soft but grippy, no blisters or digs after longer sets. The pedal itself is reinforced plastic that doesn't flex or crack, and the whole kit weighs barely a pound, so it's easy to toss in a drawer or bag. Setup is extremely simple: everything clips together in seconds. I just hook the bands through the central handle, attach however many I want (one for light stuff, all four for a real challenge), and strap the pedals on. No assembly nightmare, and adjusting resistance means adding or removing a band, which gives you levels from about 10 lbs up to 40-50 combined. I'm 5'5" and 160 lbs, so the straps fit my size 8.5-9 shoes snug without pinching, and the length works great whether I'm sitting on the couch or lying on the floor. For workouts, it's versatile without being complicated. I mostly do seated crunches by anchoring the handle under my butt and pulling the pedals to my chest, which hits my abs hard and tones the waist better than basic planks. Arm-wise, clipping the hand grips lets me do rows or shoulder presses against a door for that upper body pull. Legs get some love with ankle pulls or curls. It's not super intense like free weights, but the steady resistance builds strength steadily, and I've felt my core tighten up and arms get more definition after consistent use. Even good for lighter rehab stuff, like controlled pulls after a shoulder twinge. It shines in small spaces too: the whole thing folds flat and takes up zero room, perfect for apartments or travel. Comfort is decent for 20-30 minute sessions, though the pedal can feel a tad bulky if you're barefoot and going hard on floor work. One minor gripe: the central handle might slide on super smooth floors without a mat underneath, but a quick towel fix solves that. Overall, this kit delivers real effectiveness for toning without the gym hassle, and the build quality backs up the low price. If you're easing into home workouts or need something portable, it gets the job done right. Read more
This ankle puller resistance band kit is very easy to use. The resistance level was a little light for me even when using all four resistance bands. Nevertheless, I still get a decent workout using them. I really like the foot pedals and the extra handle pulls. They allow for considerable flexibility and creativity in my workouts. The size is good and the quality is acceptable, but I wish the bands were a little stronger and offered more resistance. That being said, these are great for stretching exercises and toning movements. Overall, I think it is a useful addition to my home gym. Read more
I ordered this set of resistance bands to develop a workout routine at home to improve my muscle strength. From the listing photos, these bands look like they would offer a wide range of full body exercises. A lot of the exercises (found on Youtube) that I'm interested in are better done on a Yoga mat. So, after receiving my mat a couple of days ago, I started trying these resistance bands out. There are four long elastic tube bands with carabiners on both ends. These are to be hooked to either (1) the pedal (stirrup) bar or (2) the hand grips to form the so-called "figure 8 exercise band". As a pedal puller, the resistance (with all four tubes attached) is okay. My opinion is based on several basic leg stretching exercises. However, I am very glad to be able to do sit-ups now with my feet strapped to the stirrups. After just a few sit-ups, my heart was racing and I could feel a sudden body heat increase. My arm and abdomen muscles had a good workout from the exercise. Since I know my arm strength is weak, I only attached two tube bands to the hand grips. Resistance is great and appropriate for my current physical condition. Overall, I think this is a good set of resistance bands for convenient workout indoors especially in winter. The foam stirrups and grips are all very comfortable. You can choose exercises to achieve your personal goals, for example, reduce one's spare tire around belly or tone down one's flabby arms or just to improve posture, etc. All these can be done in the comfort of one's home, whenever. Since everyone is unique, whether these bands offer sufficient resistance depends on your health condition, physical strength, and body mass / weight. I'll update this review if needed on durability. I do have some concern that the elastic bands may snap without any warning signs. Perhaps I'm just too worrisome. Read more

These resistance bands are a decent addition to a home gym, especially if you're looking for something affordable that still delivers a good workout. The tension levels are surprisingly solid and can definitely challenge your muscles when used properly. That said, the overall build quality feels a bit on the cheaper side. If you’re too rough or move too quickly, some parts can start to come apart. But as long as you’re careful and focus on controlled movements, they do their job well. I do wish the set came with a more comprehensive list of exercises, but with Google and YouTube these days, it’s easy enough to find routines and variations. For the price, it’s a functional option for light home workouts. Read more
