A long time owner of various Bose products; I was instantly interested in upgrading from my 2 five year-old Soundocks; They've been taken everywhere and have proficiently performed for me in every environment. However good they still sound to me; this is much better. More depth in the Bass, and more clarity in the Highs. I'm no longer a true audiophile since I've lost much of my hearing; a combination of many years of LOUD music, and too many hand grenades in the 60's! I have accumulated a little over 9000 songs in my iTunes and Amazon play accounts, and have the tunes divided between three iPods. This is for my office in the home, and believe me it is quite adequate to cover my entire home (3000 sq. ft.). I plan on adding a couple of the SoundTouch "20" units as time goes on. i highly recommend this unit for ease of set up; convenience in moving it about, and ease of operation. The entire operation of setting it up took maybe five minutes; connecting to Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. I've connected mainly to my MacBook Pro; but secondarily my iPhone 6 Plus and my three iPod Touchs. I feel now that I'm adequately covered with sound now! Thank you! Oh, one more thing. I ordered this on a Thursday morning (A Prime member), and was guaranteed delivery on Saturday (today); but like many other items I've ordered it came in one day rather than the two they quoted! I've written Amazon's Customer Service Department on two or three separate occasions commending them for their unmatched service. This deserves one more letter! Read more

I love this speaker. I have a Bose sounder system installed in my studio but I wanted something portable to take with me when I perform out. These were amazing. The sound was strong, clear, and true. I am a classical musician, this is a great speaker for classical music. I have ordered both SoundTouch 20 and 30 to see which one would suit me better. This is definitely the better bang for your buck. The sound is a lot fuller, richer, and more colorful.... well, and of course louder if that is what you‘re looking for. The SoundTouch 20 was quite nice as well. But if you compare them side by side, it pales in comparison. Worth the extra money to go with the 30. Read more

I don't use the Bluetooth or move the speaker around, so I can't rate those its properly. I had a issue with set up and connecting Alexa (Dot 3) Bose customer service was excellent! They walked me though the problem in about 10 minutes-thank you! Sound quality is fine, its nice that you can lower the bass through the Sound Touch app. I have several Bose products and this one doesn't disappoint. Read more

We are so glad we decided to spend the extra money for the 30. We have a 20 for our living room and it sounds great. We wanted to add one in the game room but we were concerned that the 20 might not have enough punch to fill the room over a group of talking guests and arcade game noise. The 30 does it without a hitch. The depth of sound it amazing and it works flawlessly with our 20 upstairs and the SA-5 that is driving our outdoor speakers. 100% satisfied! Read more

Updated my series I with this series III. This sounds great. Love the all white finish, good asthelics. But the reason I bought this was for the sound, and boy does it sound good. This fills up our living room and with a Cinema Mate 130 both sound fantastic. I don't use the bluetooth feature, but its good Bose added that function. Very happy Bose FINALLY added more music services last December. Overall very happy with the product. Read more
