I just received this item. I'm a big guy, 6'2" 270lbs. It fits perfectly. I put it on and it gave me immediate relief from the pain I am currently suffering from. The brace is immobalizing my wrist but offers full mobility of the thumb to perform light duty tasks. It seems to be well made, easily adjustable and true to size. A great wrist brace. Comfortable, easy to put on and take off, very supportive. I didn't expect it, but I actually enjoy wearing this brace, my wrist feels better and it's not super restrictive for what it is. Easy to clean as well, just wash and let air dry (that's what I did anyway). Read more

This is a real nice, real functional brace. Only downside to it is the thumb opening is a hair on the small side, enough so to where it presses and compresses into the meaty part of my thumb. After a long enough wear time it will cause a crease, reduce circulation some etc. But, still a real good brace, opening may well fit most people better than it does me.. Read more

Having suffered occasional wrist issues for years, I've learned the benefit of a supportive brace. After years of use, my old one decided it was time to give up the ghost, leaving me having to shop a new brace. This is the one I picked, and it's a great basic, easy to use brace. It's comfortable, and easy to put on one-handed, as one has to do. It attaches securely and feels sturdy and is definitely supportive. It does hold my hand upward a bit more than my previous brace did, but that might have been some supportive element my previous brace lost over time, or perhaps it's just a new aspect of wrist bracing. Well constructed to allow for adjustment according to the pain level during the day. It is light enough to wear while providing support for my broken wrist. It does not restrict movement of my fingers, and provides necessary support for my wrist. The metal strip does not irritate my hand, but it gives me the support I need. I'm a 73 y/o lady who tripped over my cat and badly injured my right wrist. 😹 Pretty cliche, right!? The contraption that urgent care hooked me up with was miserable. How does one attach a heavy metal brace to their dominant hand with ace bandages? I finally wised up and shopped on Amazon for a nice, comfortable brace. I'm beyond glad that I chose this one! It's made a huge difference for me. I love the 3 adjustable straps because A) my hand and fingers swell, B) I have muscle spasms in my forearm, and C) my wrist needs firm support but gets achy so I have to temporarily loosen the middle strap for relief. Also, the 2 smaller straps close on the top of the hand and arm. I'm having trouble rotating my arm completely over so closures on the bottom wouldn't work for me. Plus the Velcro is high quality, securely holding the straps yet flexible and easy to adjust. This brace is quite light and comfortable for me, even to sleep in and fits perfectly. This was a reorder because I love the support, fit, design, price and quality. If you need a brace to support carpal tunnel syndrome, this is the one! I use one on both wrists until I have surgery at the advice of my doctor. I highly recommend these braces!! Read more
