Great Shaver! I bought it to replace my Braun Series 3 that I’ve used for years. I really like the pivoting head, does a great job on my neck and jaw line, and is very easy to use . I’ve used the cleaning system a couple of times, and it seems to do a great job cleaning the razor. The package I ordered also included an extra blade, which is a huge value for the money. This is the best shaver I have used. It is gentle on my sensitive face but shaves well. The cleaning/charging unit works good, and the cleaning solution is not irritating my skin at all. Read more
I have owned several Braun shavers, and have been pleased with all of them. The battery life is long, and I have never had a shaver stop working. The only thing I don't like about this one, is that the sideburn trimmer is a separate attachment. Read more

Its probably too soon to rave about my new Braum 6 razor since I've only had it a couple of weeks, but it's doing a much better than my old Norelco Rotary. To be fair, I probably could have improved the performance of the Norelco by replacing the head again, but its an old model (like maybe 25 years) and I wanted to try a foil razor. All that said, I do like the shave I'm getting with the Braum. Its much closer and the shaving head seems more gentle on my face. Yes, the charging/cleaning station is large and takes up space on the vanity but I have the room for it. You can recharge the razor with just the cord and only pull out the station to clean it but that seems like a bit of a pain to me. My only question is how often will I need to replenish the cleaning solution and at what cost? Is it worth purchasing replacement pods or will the refilling the pod from a large bottle works as well?
