These nasal strips surprised me with how effective they are at opening my nose right away and making it easier to breathe, especially when I am congested or trying to sleep. They have no smell at all which I really like and the material feels soft and comfortable once it is on. The adhesion is strong and stays put through the whole night without peeling which makes them feel more durable than the usual strips I have tried before. I also use them during light workouts and they hold well while helping my airflow feel more open. For the amount in the box and how well they work I feel they are a good value and something I will keep using when my breathing feels tight or stuffy. Read more
I wanted to really love these, and overall I do like them. The material is flexible and clear, which is nice for anyone dealing with snoring or congestion at night. They fit well, have no noticeable smell, and seem to do what theyโre supposed to. The issue for me is that they donโt always stay in place. Iโve tried different ways of applying them like cleaning and drying my nose first, using alcohol, etc. Cleaning and drying my nose worked best, but they still didnโt last the whole night. Other strips Iโve used stick better with less effort. Still, they might work differently for someone else, and Iโll keep trying to see if I can make them stick longer. Read more
I've tried a variety of these snore strips/breathe right strips. I was super pleased to see these ones in clear, as alot of them are in dark colors. I deal with allergies and a deviated septum so sometimes these are very helpful for me in the day time just get be able to breathe a bit better. Compared to others these do open my airways in a similar manner, so no complaints on that. The negative is that the adhesive is not very strong. I usually clean my nose and dry it very well, then use a bit of rubbing alcohol to make sure there is no oil or anything left. They will stick decently like that but often in the morning after sleeping I've found one side unstuck. Being that the adhesive isn't as strong as others I've used, a plus is that when you do pull the strip off, it doesn't take half of your nose skin off with it. I don't get any irritation after using these. There are some positives, and I really like that they are clear, but I just wish the adhesive was a tad stronger. Read more
I snore pretty bad at night, and have been using nose strips as a mitigation technique while waiting on a more โpermanentโ fix. Iโve tried a few different brands/strengths, and these rank pretty high up on the totem pole for me. While these are not the strongest nose strips, nor the most adhesive, these work very well for what they are. When removing from my nose, they donโt try to take my skin off with them, so thatโs a major plus, although if your skin is the least bit oily or damp, the adhesive instantly fails and youโll need to try another strip. For the price, these are a great alternative for people who donโt necessarily need a nose strip thatโs trying to rip them in half. Read more
Very stiff and will not stick. So disappointed Read more
These nasal strips are made of hard plastic that doesn't bend well. Combine that with adhesive that doesn't hold well and you have a product that doesn't work. The first night I couldn't get the strip to hold for more than a couple of minutes. The next night, I used alcohol to clean my nose, let it dry completely and then applied the strip. It held for about 30 minutes before it came off. I might have just gotten a bad batch, but I wouldn't buy these again. Read more
I got this to enhance my my ability to intake more air while running. I tried it multiple times and although it's hard to say whether or not its effective, my partner explained to me that she believes the point of it is to stretch the nostril hole which in theory would allow you to intake more air. I do sweat a lot though so even after using it for about 15 mins, they start to peel off my nose and have noticed on many of my runs that at the end, it will just be hanging on one end while the other is just flapping around. For sleeping, it does stay on but I haven't noticed any drastic improvement either. My partner has a nose bump and she says it hurts when it's on due to it applying too much pressure. They are quite stiff but unfortunately did not work well for our purposes. Read more
I wanted to love these, but really just like them a lot. Everything from the flex to the clear material is great and an absolute plus for someone trying to help with snoring or any difficulty breathing at night. They are appropriately sized, have no smell, fit very well and appear to function as designed. But, the only problem is that mine don't stay on. I have gone all three routes with application. I have washed my face, and nose, then dried, and then applied. I have simply used a wash cloth or paper towel to remove any excess oils from my nose (without washing), and done nothing and simply slapped these on my nose. Obviously, I had the best luck with a fully-washed and dried face ... but it wasn't a full night. I have other breathing strips that don't require as much and seem to stay on better. But, you may have way better results than I do and I will keep using these. I am trying a few other ways to keep the stickiness on and will report back if things improve or don't. Read more
