These premium nasal strips are unfortunately disappointing. They’re extremely thick—more like oaktag than a flexible strip—which makes them hard to position correctly. Even after managing to place one, they don’t stay on and pop off easily. Not effective for snoring relief. Read more

I typically poke or hit my husband throughout the night so thought we would try these out to see if they could provide better sleep quality for the both of us where I didn't have to be woken up all night long. Once I realized they are not friendly if you are wearing moisturizer or lots of face products I realized these will be all for him hence the removal of 1 star. The 30 pack was a convenient size to try out as well as I wanted to find something that was comfortable for him otherwise I knew he wouldn't try them more than one night. He mentioned he wasn't bothered by them at all and while they were sticky enough to stay put all night the removal didn't leave residue when removed. He realized after trying on and off that he definitely was getting better sleep quality when he used them vs. when he didn't use them them and I feel like they are a good value for the money so we will add these to our re-order list as being older now sleep quality is up there on our must have list now-a-days. Help me breathe better

These nasal strips were pretty average and can help with snoring. The adhesive is good if you clean your face really well, but if there is any natural oils or anything they won't stick very well. The size of the strip is good for an average nose, I don't think it will be large enough if you have a large nose but for me it fit. For the effectiveness, I felt like I could breathe better but for my friend who also tried it, I could still hear them snore! So these can be a hit or miss depending on the person. Overall, for the price I would give them a try and see if they work for you. They are easy to use, just stick them on like a sticker and they could possibly help you breathe better at night reducing snoring. Read more
