This is not a very exciting product, so all I can say is that I have used them for years and they help me breathe comfortably at night. Now I would never be without them. I tried some other brands and no-names that were cheaper, but always returned to use these. One of those others just did not stick well, and the other had the opposite problem of being too hard to take off in the morning. So I will continue to use these -- every single night --- whether I am home or traveling. Good product! Read more

Must use in order to breathe while lying down. Have used for many years. Reliable source going forward is a great need and concern as stores have cut the shelf space so that Clear Large 30 has no longer been offered at retail. I don’t have a large nose. I leave air under the middle of the strip to spare my nose the adhesive as much as possible. Large does the same job opening the nostrils as Small-Medium would do. New need: use it for going through MRI and medical procedures that require me to be supine or prone for period of time. Read more
