I ordered this in October 2020, and I have used it often on since then. I tried to use it today and it is broken. I haven’t even had this thing six months and I am very upset! This is not a vertical hand mixer. A quick glance at its photo and I thought "there it is!". I wonder why there isn't a vertical hand mixer that would beat up potatoes, as the beaters just aren't long enough to get in my fave potato pot w/o tilting the hot thing to one side.
