Good for average to light weight batters, not so much for heavier. If you try to use it for a heavy batter, it strains the motor, may cause “burning” smell Read more

My 10 yr old was using this mixer to make cupcakes, (first time the mixer had been used) the motor started to smoke, beaters stopped turning. I put the mixer in the driveway until it stopped smoking, opened the doors to air out that burnt smell. The mixer was small, the beaters are smaller than an average mixer I knew I should have returned the item then but the color went with my kitchen. The return window is closed so thats $40 dollars down the drain. DO NOT BUY THIS MIXER!!! Read more
