I received the blender and immediately didn’t work. I contacted the company for a refund. However, I ended up in the hospital (trauma ICU with 6 broken ribs, punctured lung, and pulmonary embolisms). I let the company know and asked for an extension to return item, since I was unexpectedly in the ICU. They were absolutely unwilling to even hear me out. Now I’m stuck with a $40 broken blender. 😢 Terrible product AND terrible customer service! Read more
