Be aware this is a lightweight appliance and probably won't handle hard items well. I love it for blending soups, sauces, salsas and smoothies. It handles ice if it's added to mix in small amounts. Good price for a necessary appliance. Love the purple. Read more

It came with a plastic jug, which got very scratched and then one day a whole piece blew out of the jug. Replacement jugs do not fit. Read more
I used this blender maybe 15 times & the motor fried. I used it for SMOOTHIES! Mid use I noticed a burning smell then it shut off. I turned it over to get the model number, so I could email Brentwood. There were these plastic shavings that fell out of it. It was barely out of the year warranty & they’re not offering any assistance. A word of advise, don’t waste your $ on this blender. Bad model & even worse customer service. Read more

Returned this item because the pitcher gets stuck in the blender, making it unable to be cleaned. It was very powerful and a great price point but I had been left unable to use it many times because of this flaw so I decided to opt for something else...loved the color though. Read more
