I must look professional every day. I work 18-24 hours at a stretch and generally 6-7 days per week. I don't have time to futz around with a "look." I also do not easily tolerate uncomfortable clothing. These do it all for me -- MY way. I pull on a pair of my Briggs New York Women's All Around Comfort Pants, add a nice long-cut shirt, and run out the door, confident that I can pass for a professional in about 5 minutes of prep time -- and in a nighttime emergency call, that may be all the time I have, though it might run clear into working the whole next day! I love these pants, for both look and fit. In a very short amount of time, I've now acquired 9 pairs, but happily, I didn't break the bank on them. I've even had to sleep over at work in these, and they're just as comfortable on day #2. I did read in some reviews about people disappointed that there was no longer elastic around the entire waistline. Well, Briggs must have listened, cuz there sure is, now! Their only downside: they do feel faintly scratchy like all polyester, but they're still definitely comfortable in the long haul. Definitely recommend these to friends and family, and also for you! These fit really well. However, the legs are too long. I bought peite and they are still about 3 or 4 inches too long so that I'm walking on the cuffs. I need to get them shortened before I ruin them. I highly recommend them though. They are very comfortable and the pockets are deep enough to hold my cell phone. Read more

I'm so happy I found these pants. I'm currently 23 weeks pregnant and these are great for right now. I don't think they'll fit throughout my entire pregnancy, but they should stretch with me for a while longer. I work in a pretty professional office and these are perfect - the right material, not too tight, not see through. And the best part - they have POCKETS! I saw some reviews saying the pockets were sewn and I assumed they meant they weren't real pockets. They ARE real, they just may need to be cut open - they're sewn shut for shipping. I haven't washed them yet so I don't know how they'll hold up, but for now I'm very happy! I'm 5'3" and normally wear a size 18 short. Since these aren't officially maternity pants I ordered a size 20 short and they're great. The legs are a smudge big, but not enough that I'm worried about it. And the pants are the teeniest bit longer than I'd like, but I'm not going to hem there because it's THAT small of a difference. And I wear flats - if you wear any sort of heel at all, these should be just the right length! Read more
