A nice idea, but not very bright.
When I first spotted these I thought they would be a perfect solution to mount on a fence to light up a flower bed. They mount with two screws, fit flush, and are slim so they don't stand out. The lights point straight down, and yes, they do have a push button switch the activates many colors. Sadly, they just are not very bright. I was deeply disappointed by the dim output. They certainly were not casting as much light as one expects based on the product listing photo on Amazon. Had they worked, they would be a great idea, but they were just too faint so I had to return them. They may work fine for you, and I can imagine several possible accent lighting where the brightness would not matter. In those cases I could recommend them. Read more
