I like the no smell of chlorine and the taste of the water is without any chemical taste. To set up you wash and dry, them place the easy install filter and fill with water. The easy dispense water spigot works great for easy usage. This is small enough to place in the refrigerator, but large enough for a family usage. It’s only me, but I got this large one so that I don’t have to fill it so often. It’s very convenient. I read reviews and people were complaining about the pitchers spilling. This is a decent rectangular container with a convenient spout that has been working well for me. The water tastes good, too. Straight out of my faucet tastes and smells like chlorine! After being filtered by this Brita tank type filter it tastes great! I was spoiled by the whole house water filter that I had in my previous home for 20+years. When I had to downsize to an apartment, I’m not allowed to put filters on my faucets, so this was my best choice! Read more

I like this dispenser. It’s a bit hard to refill without spilling water out and I’m having issues with the sensor button on top. I held the button down to reset after I replaced the filter with an elite version but it’s not detecting it as such. It keeps indicating that this is a regular filter. Not sure what to do to fix that. Read more

If you feel like you're always refilling a Britta pitcher, treat yourself to this big guy! I have a big giant yeti cup I take everywhere and it would basically drain the pitcher every time, this is significantly larger. Just as easy to use, always worth the price, and easier to clean than the pitchers bc it's just bigger and more straight lines. I wish water came out faster but I am just impatient :) Read more

Sleek, attractive design. Reasonably sturdy. Holds plenty of water. Filter speed reasonable. Reviewed a lot of similar items and we’re pleased with this choice. Unit & filters are a bit pricey but better than buying cases of water in plastic bottles! Will update after we see how long the first filter lasts. Read more
