Great option for space constrained areas, or individuals with mobility issues on their right side. It's a little bit more pricey than standard right handed models, but I'm sure they sell far fewer of left handed configuration. It installs easy with simple hand tools. Very functional with plenty of power. It's cold water only which is not a huge deal for me and likely won't be for you either. It's easy to clean.. just hose it down with bleach spray and rinse it off. It even has a self cleaning feature for the nozzle. Overall id say number 1, get a bidet.... Any bidet is better than nothing, and number 2, if you need a left handed bidet, get this one. It works great. Read more

I didn't know that a retro fit bidet was even available until a friend suggested I look into it as I was facing surgery on my dominant hand. I thought you had to purchase an entire fixture to have such a feature. Let me tell you, this is one great and very reasonably priced item! I purchased the left-hand version as my vanity is on that side. A suggestion to other potential buyers: Buy a longer hose (48") and a 3/8" chrome tee with an integral ball valve (both available from Amazon) and tap into the hot water supply under vanity to enjoy a warm wash instead of cold especially if you have a well as we do. It requires a small hole drilled into side of cabinet but it looks fine and is well worth it! The tee/valve connects on top of a chrome shutoff valve, which is the standard valve usually present. Very easy. Highly recommend! Forgot to mention that Rufus could not answer if it would work with an elevated seat. I have a 3" Kohler elevated elongated seat from Amazon due to hip replacement and the bidet works perfectly. Just added clear "pee guards" from Amazon to the front portion to close the gap between seat and toilet rim. Read more

Of course, I am having rotator cuff surgery and a bicep tendonis on my dominant R, arm. I was on many Facebook groups that recommended a bidet. Due to the nature of my injury and also putting it off for quite a while, it caused less flexibility in my other arm. It was difficult to find a left-hand bidet. I haven’t even had surgery left and this is the best thing since sliced bread. I wasn’t able to hook it up to warm water or have a heated seat because there was plug on that side. The cool water actually feels good. I don’t tend to run cold, so even in the winter this should be fine. I can’t imagine myself going without one now. I had to have my plumber come in and do it. It is a 10 minute job at the most. He was very kind and his fee. he did say it’s going to be difficult to keep it clean??? It’s located in a toilet. I love Dawn spray and wash but not for dishes just for cleaning so I keep one near the toilet and I spray it every other day. The two hoses one for the back one for the front are covered until you turn the water on. Then there’s another dial to specifically clean the nozzles. I don’t think I have good water pressure where I live but according to the bidet I do lol. Don’t need a lot of pressure. I can imagine this helping too if I get a stomach bug and it is hurting nothing like some cold water on a fire. This also got the best ratings not only from Amazon, but from consumer reports. Just make sure when you’re purchasing it if it’s your right arm to pick the left side, I was surprised at how few left sides that were to pick from, that actually made it easier.. Read more

Got this for my husband getting shoulder surgery, and worried about wiping once in a sling. Proud to say it works well and helping him with his toilet needs. And he's a big guy (250 lbs) and hasn't broken it yet...yay! Yes, you do get a little wet, but we like how it sits far in the back of the toilet and the sprayer heads only drop down when using, keeping it clean. We did have to reinstall it and use BOTH washers in the attachment to the existing water line, as we did it the first time with one washer and it had a slow leak. We also did use some plumber's tape on the threads to make sure no leaks as well. Once reinstalled, no leaking issues. Definitely recommend! Read more

DO NOT PURCHASE! Terrible. Ordered this left handed bidet as I am having rotator cuff surgery on my right ( dominant ) arm, so the right side bidet we have will not work for me for the next few months. Unfortunately the company that makes the right side bidet does not offer one for the left, and left sided bidet attachments are difficult to find, so I ordered this one. The hardware that comes with it is trash. All the plastic screws were cross threaded upon arrival, which required a trip to Home Depot to purchase proper hardware, so it would attach securely and would not leak. The water pressure and flow is insane. Even on the lowest pressure setting, water comes out in a BLAST that literally drenches your entire "undercarriage" (for lack of a better word), and sprays EVERYWHERE (regardless of adjusting the flow direction as well , not in just the desired area. If I wanted my entire ass, groin, and inner upper legs to be soaked to the point I need to fully towel off before I pull my pants up, I would take a shower. Definitely a design flaw as this is NOT the experience we have had with our other attachable bidet. The control panel is also set so far back on the toilet seat ( again unlike our other one) that it is generally awkward to use to turn off/on. I plan on doing my best to make due with this piece of garbage as my surgery is this week and I have too much going on to prioritize finding another left handed attachment, returning this one, and reinstalling another. Once I have use back of my right arm, this bidet attachment is going straight into the trash. Read more
