Bidets are widely used across countries around the world due to its many benefits not only to our health but to our environment as well. Anyone who never used one does not realize how great this appliance can be or what it offers. Among the many benefits that we have been enjoying from using it are as follows: -BETTER HEALTH AND HYGIENE. It leaves us feeling clean after using the toilet. No residue left on the skin, we feel incredibly clean and refreshed. Toilet paper can be harsh on that sensitive area of our skin not to mention the harmful effect of the bleach that manufacturer's use to produce them. Bleaching produces a byproduct called dioxin which can cause cancer to humans and animals. My wife loves it because she found out that the use of bidet can help prevent the risk of fecal contamination which may lead to vaginal bacterial infections or urinary tract infections. - ECONOMICAL AND ENVIRONMENT-FRIENDLY. We saved on toilet papers and toilet declogging products purchases by 80%. Saved us plumbing cost caused by clogged toilet. The lesser toilet papers we used, the lesser trees cut. The water consumed in using bidet is a drop in a bucket compared to the amount of water used in producing a single roll of toilet paper. Having said enough reasons why we love using a bidet, this brand of bidet (Brondell) is an EXCELLENT and ECONOMICAL choice. We purchased it last year (Sept, 2015). We paid the FULL PRICE. No discount whatsoever. I am making this review to guide buyers like me. We have been relying on customer's review in our buying decisions, too and we felt that it is just proper to do our share. We preferred to wait for more than a year though before posting our review so we could give a more accurate statement as to the product's quality/durability. So far this hand held bidet has been serving us really well for more than a year now. The only problem that we encountered to this date so far was when the shower head got clogged with calcium buildup. It took a while before I was able to discover how the shower cap can be removed.(See attached photo. Knowing this hidden opening would help you a lot when you encountered the same problem in using your bidet). I gave 5 stars rating because of the following reasons: 1. Good product quality. Nicely made and durable material. 2. The water pressure can be adjusted. It comes with a valve. 3. It was delivered on time and well packaged. 4. Light weight and very easy to use. 5. **updated review: Aug 2019 It’s been 4 years and this sprayer just finally gave out. We have hard water and the hard water build-up in the holes of the spray head created too much pressure over time and the plastic ended up separating and leaking. But 4 YEARS of daily use is a pretty great run in my opinion. We liked it so much we bought a second one and only needed to replace the sprayer (no need to replace the connector at the toilet or the hose). **original post: Sept 2015 I bought this sprayer to use for cleaning my cloth prefold diapers (along with a Diaper Diamond). This review is only for the ease of install (I will try to update once we've used it for a few days). I was able to install this sprayer quite easily on my own. No tools. No husband (I barely fit on the ground next to our toilet, I didn't want him to smash in there). I did use plumbers tape on all the threaded joints. No leaks so far. All together it took me maybe 10 min from opening the package to hanging up the nozzle. While I haven't yet used it to clean diapers, I will say I am impressed with the quality of the spray nozzle. Yes it's plastic, but it doesn't feel flimsy. And I like how easy it is to change the spray pressure (varies with the depth of press on the trigger). Read more

I bought 3 and returned 2. The other one is just out of warranty. The initial shoot hurts your bunghole so you have to aim on your taint first. The other leaked all over from the sprayer which is unusual, huge huge puddle so I turned it off reinstalled and still leaked. I got a replacement and that leaked as well. I used plumbers tape on both ends and nope still leaks. Bought a new one and that leaks as well. I've installed many spray guns over the years this one is just no good. Read more
