Simple, convenient, and easy to clean. Cold-only is not really a problem. You’ll appreciate that it’s easier to clean than other bidets, and still easy to reach with the included mount. Easy to clean and you only have to install it once. The showerhead and separate supply valve mean you can clean it without disconnecting the water line T. (In-bowl bidets underneath the toilet seat are cheap and convenient, but less adjustable, and a PITA to remove and clean.) Installation on all of these toilet attachments can be annoying due to cross-threading of plastic hardware used in toilets, and cramped spaces. This Brondell sprayer is a good product so far. It was extremely easy to install, and even a novice could handle it with ease. The sprayer is easy to direct, and is not a hard spray that could hurt! The negatives are that you MUST turn off the sprayer at the bottom of the toilet tank after each use. The instructions claim that leaving it on will weaken the sprayer, and can cause severe flooding. I did accidentally leave it on for about 15 minutes, and the spray head did drip. I am not sure if this was residual water or an actual problem with the spray head. Regardless, I am going to purchase another of these for my cottage. The inconvenience of turning it off is a small price to pay, as it works very well and was easy to install. Read more

I purchased this item quite sometime ago, had some health issues and never got around to writing a review. I will make it short. This product is great. Installation was a breeze, product was/is excellent. I expected to receive a unit with multiple plastic connections and overall cheaply made. Why a surprise to receive a unit exactly as described, Made from stainless steel with a great finish, simple install instructions and simply a great product. We used to have an in bowl bidet but found it great in theory but gross in practice. We reached out to the plumbing company we use and this was their recommendation as everything is stainless steel. The product itself is high quality with great weight. The valve also turns very smoothly. They offered to install it for $215 but we were able to do it ourselves fairly quickly and painlessly. This was an absolute game changer, especially as a woman as the in bowl bidets made me wary of contamination as it was back to front rather than the recommended front to back. We love the shut off valve and how you can use it and the trigger to customize water pressure. We also like the position of the gun which is more convenient than holstering it at the tank since we're not flexible that way. Finally, it's so much easier to clean and is far more sanitary since it's outside of the drop zone. We just wipe it down with a disinfectant wipe regularly. Because it stays clean, we've used it more frequently than the old bidet. It's also kept our toilet cleaner and you can use it to rinse off the bowl when you clean the toilet. Easy to install and use. Spray pressure adjustable on head. Avoid teflon tape as all connections include gaskets. Replaced stiff waterline w 9” flexible one to enable space for Brondell connector under tank. Everything hand tightened. No leaks. T-shirts cut up to dry off. Low carbon footprint avoiding toilet paper and only flushing feces. Urine diluted with spray so fine to remain in toilet awhile. Easy to reach sprayer and water lever while seated so easy to turn off water and replace sprayer after each use. Now on search for bidet bottle to use when away from home. Happy saving trees! The design is elegant. The materials are first class, mostly stainless steel. The pressure control -shutoff valve adjusts from a gentle spray to painful on full city water pressure. I had the Brondell bidet toilet seat prior to this and the hand sprayer is superior in my opinion. Read more
