I've using this for a few weeks now nearly every day. I just make enough rice for my meal that day and like that I can make 1/2 cup. I can now put away my old, huge cooker (10-cup) that I bought year ago. The delay timer is nice, though seems to only allow delaying for 3 hours. I think if could set like 6+ hours it would be handier. I wish it would show how long it has been cooking though on the display. This would be handy when using the delay timer and can't remember when you set it to wait 3 hours (did I set it at 3:01pm, 3:15, 3:22 and it is now 6:25 and don't know if you have about 5 mins or 30 mins to wait to heat or cook the dish that goes with the rice.) I use a small 3 cup cooker more often than this, but it makes good rice and it’s fun to own. Very cool looking cooker and people think it’s cute. Read more

It's a pretty good cooker. Slower than my old one, but better made, so I think it will last longer. But it generally takes me close to half an hour to cook a batch of white rice. My old cooker usually did it in about 15 mins for a small batch. I usually do 1/4 dry cup of rice. Read more

The media could not be loaded. This unit is cute and functional. I have a tiny kitchen and it fits perfectly on my limited counter space. I compared over 10 units before I chose this since it’s simple to operate, has most of the functions I need like keep warm, indicators of where to fill the water line to, has a handle for carrying around, easy to clean and looks pretty. I love that it also comes with ya cute rice spatula and a tiny steamer add on plate. Overall I am very satisfied and hope it lasts like my trusty Tatung rice cookers. Read more

Not simple nor easy to use. The directions are poorly written and are not step by step. Frustrating to say the least. The video is useless! I do not recommend, waste of money! Super disappointed! Read more

Perfectly tiny for 1-2 people. It looks tiny but can handle 1.5 cups of uncooked rice. 1 cup of uncooked rice makes more than enough for me as a single person for 2-2.5 meals. The rice does dry out quickly if you leave it on keep warm. I find short grain rice I buy at the Asian store doesn’t dry out as fast and keeps better than long grain rice you get at American stores. The design on top is good for catching steam and if water does overflow out of it, the plug on the side is protected by the design to make the water drip around it. The top does get residue on it easily but it’s easy to pop off and clean. Read more
