I've had other dress shoes that hurt the back of my heel when I would wear them and this is NOT A Problem with these shoes. The slip resistance works pretty good. So far, no issues here. As far as dress shoes, these are some of the more comfortable ones that I have owned. Love the look, love the design and looking to buy more shoes made by this brand. Sharp looking shoe. I received several compliments on. Shoe runs true on size. I had them on for roughy 9 hours. I was ready to get them off after that. They are not an uncomfortable shoe, but my feet were aching after wearing for 9+ hours. You may want to consider going up a size and putting in your own comfort insoles. Good value for your money.
