This comes vacuum packed very small in an attractive branded packaging, but instantly starts to fluff up upon opening. At first, I was impressed with the squishiness of the pillow, but as the day went on it became a bit too puffy and firm for using under my head - even though I’m a side sleeper. That said, I generally prefer a very squishy and lower pillow (my go to is a Japanese size kapok pillow, which is very small and moldable). However, it’s impressive how cool to the touch this pillow stays and feels. I also highly appreciate the purity certifications and the quality of the stitching and pillow overall. I feel like this pillow is built to last and I’m still happy with it now that I’ve found a more comfortable use for it. I am pregnant and this is the perfect size and feel pillow for using in between my legs while sleeping. If you prefer a puffier pillow, this is the right one for you - or if you’re looking for a comfortable pillow that keeps cool through the night, then this is a great fit! For $100 (the price at time of order), I thought this would finally be "the" pillow, but instead it was just money down the drain. It arrived vacuum sealed and rolled up, and upon opening it took several hours to even flatten out. There was no documentation provided, but I know it can take up to 48 hours for memory foam to fluff itself up to size. Not so - this took over a week, and once it was finally fully "inflated" after being vacuum sealed, it is so thick that there is no way I could sleep on it. The photos show it at full volume for side-sleeping, and without removing the majority of the foam, my neck was at a very unnatural angle both on my side and on my back. The tiny plastic-zipper pouch included didn't hold half of what I took out. It was also impossible to distribute the foam inside evenly, and the pillow retained the weird shape no matter what I tried. I eventually just grabbed a trash bag to put the foam in, but never got the thickness and shape to a suitable level. The other issue is that the cooling effect is only on one side, but there is zero indication of which side that is, they look nearly identical and both feel cool to the touch initially. I never did discover which side was up as I couldn't sleep with this pillow at all. Because I was unable to use it, I can't comment on the washability of the cover, durability, etc. as claimed by the listing, but I can warn you to keep on looking unless you like a pillow that is 8" thick and lumpy.
