I sleep really hot so I've been hearing about eucalyptus bedding a lot so I thought I'd try these new pillows. They came vacuum packed and nearly flat but fluffed up really nicely and very quickly. The eucalyptus fabric is SUPER soft and nice and cool. The pillow overall is pretty fluffy. I got "medium" firmness which was still pretty soft -- if you like a pretty substantial pillow, I'd try the firm option. This worked for me on my back and it's easy enough to bunch up a little extra for me to sleep on my side. It would be helpful if Buffy had some more info (photos?) to compare firmnesses with. Overall: Good sleep. Would sleep again! I love that this company is focused on sustainability and is cruelty-free. This fluff is way more comfortable than down. Plus, pretty good price for 2 pillows! I got the medium firm pillow. This pillow provides enough support yet is soft and fluffy. In addition, it is nice and cool, making it very easy to fall asleep. I feel like I’m in a spa when I put my head on this pillow and cover up with a Buffy comforter! I highly recommend the Buffy pillow. Read more

Buffy comforters are a family favorite so we had big hopes for the pillows. LOVE the eco friendly eucalyptus fiber cover, sleek & cooling to the touch. Got medium firm which at first seemed a bit too soft but proved to be “just right” for side sleepers. It cradles the head well & fills in under the neck for good support & proper alignment. The fabrication of the cover is not what we’d expect for such an expensive pillow, a thin well son single seam - will see how it stands up use. A good pillow for what we paid but wouldn’t pay full price . Read more

I love these pillows and I can’t say enough great things about them. I let them fluff out for a whole day after I received them. Then I washed them. I bought the medium firm ones as I am a stomach and back sleeper. They are so fluffy and great I love them. My husband usually sweats in his sleep and has not since we have had these so far. The profit margins on these pillows have to be astronomical; it has to cost no more than $1.50 each to make and they sell them for $45 each/$90 a pair, but make no mistake, you are getting a $1.50 pillow!! They claim the pillow supports your head like a cloud. However, they are referring to a literal cloud; think about how much support your head gets when you are walking through fog; that is the exact amount of support this pillow offers. So their advertising is not misleading, just most people think of a cartoon cloud of softness when buying a pillow, not a literal cloud which provides zero softness. I purchased the medium ones. I understand how the packaging works, that the pillows need hours to “breathe” in order to regain their shape & such. I have a mattress that had similar packaging, so I understood all that. When it came time to use them, my head went straight through the pillow to the bed; there is zero support. They are total junk & should in no way be sold on Amazon for $90!! These pillows are so soft and comfy! I have been using mine for about 10 days now and can say they've definitely made my sleep more comfortable. I got the medium firmness, despite reviews saying they're very soft, because I like a soft pillow and am rather small. I really like them and have kept a more firm pillow on my bed to use together.
