Excellent quality. You cut to trim exactly how long you need it. The clamping mechanism really holds it in and doesn't have screws that break like the traditional belts do. The design of the belt is beautiful, I chose the carbon fiber look and it's amazing. The ratchet system works flawless and accurate to your size when cenched. The bad: The listing says “100% leather”, but it feels like plastic. The ratcheting mechanism works fine, but there’s noticeable slop compared to the slightly more expensive belts I’ve bought. I bought this with low expectations and got exactly what I expected for the price. Having said that, it’s exactly what I expected and it’s a good belt for the price. Absolutely love this belt. I’ve had it for about 2 weeks and I want to say I believe it’ll be more durable than a traditional pinhole belt. For 16$ this belt is a steal and I may consider buying other color variants! It can also be cut for size which makes it a great fit for a large range of waist sizes. Very easy to put on once you figure out the little latch to release the tension; my first time putting it on I didn’t realize it had the latch and freaked out trying to take this contraption of me, but once I found the latch I fell in love with the belt! I have about 15-20 belts when accounting for tactical as well as those that included with certain shorts. this is by far the most elegant and comfortable of them all. The ratchet system makes it extremely easy to finely adjust it. Other belts have either the hole system which have a big separation between them and others have the loop system where it either doesn't hold well or is too sloppy for micro adjustments. With this ratchet system you just need to raise a tiny lever under the buckle and "voila!" You just loosened it as much or as little as you wanted after having indulged at the local buffet. As you actuate the lever it is actually your belly that adjusts the belt-it will stop stretching at the right length. It's remarkable! Another thing I like is that it is a multifunction belt. I used to have separate belts for work (I have a rough job) and for dressing up. This one does both functions. It goes well with jeans or dress pants. Finally, I like the variety.
