I got to work and then straight to school afterwards, which means I tend to need to carry both my lunch and dinner (along with snacks). and I've found that this lunch bag doesn't have any issues carrying it all!! I think if you take food that's not in containers, like if they were in plastic baggies or reusable rubber bags, you could get even more inside the bag. but I tend to carry two containers and then I can fit like a can of soda or bubbly and a few snacks. there's a mesh pocket on this inside flap that is great for cutlery and napkins. there's two mesh pockets on the outsides that are perfect for cans, it can get a bit tight if the lunch bag is full but you can make it work. there's a zipper on the back that's perfect for your phone if you need to put it in there or like sauce packets. and the strap is adjustable! it's really well insulated too! overall, it's a great bag. cute design too! would recommend and buy again! after 2 years of medium usage (some weeks I wouldnt prepare a lunch), the seam at the zipper ripped. before it broke, it kept my food at around fridge temp (with 2 ice packs inside) for about 8-10 hours, with the broken seam, it halved the time it keeps it cold. which in my opinion, is pretty good!
