I’m really impressed with this Organic Butterfly Pea Flower Powder! The 4 oz resealable bag is packed with that beautiful, vibrant blue color, perfect for blue matcha tea, natural food coloring, or adding a fun twist to smoothies and lattes. I especially love to make blue matcha tea or added it to color my kombucha. I love that it’s USDA organic, so I feel good about using it in different recipes. Yes yes yes and yes! I LOVE this stuff. It’s so good in tea. Its beautiful color can also be used to use as natural dye for cakes and other foods as well. My kids love helping me mix this up and adding lemon or lime to change the color. We even add edible glitter for extra glam 😃. I notice a mood improvement as well. Read more
