Yes yes yes and yes! I LOVE this stuff. It’s so good in tea. Its beautiful color can also be used to use as natural dye for cakes and other foods as well. My kids love helping me mix this up and adding lemon or lime to change the color. We even add edible glitter for extra glam 😃. I notice a mood improvement as well. Read more
