The product is very good. I finally have decided to switch water filter pitcher systems when I run out of these filters. I like the idea that this system leaves magnesium in the water, but since they come from overseas, 1. the price is getting expensive, and 2. it's risky to have the box go through all the European shipping facilities before getting on a plane to the US. The box arrived pretty beat up and with a piece of tape over the lid that said "Repack". Not a wonderful feeling before opening - no shipping box, just the product box that you would buy in a store. No wonder the thing broke open and had to be 'repacked'. Upon inspection of the 6 filters they seem OK. The individual wrappers are translucent, not transparent, so not 100% sure they'OK. Nevertheless I am keeping rather than hassling Amazon about it. I just want somebody to know of my experience. Read more
