I purchased this pillow as a replacement for my previous neon green neck pillow, which I didn't find particularly effective. This new pillow was an impulse buy, prompted by an upcoming 8-hour flight to Chicago. To my surprise, it turned out to be incredibly useful. The adjustable straps attach securely to the headrest, keeping your head comfortably in place. As someone who isn't very tall, it fit me perfectly. The real test came during my trip to Asia, with 24-hour flights each way. This pillow exceeded my expectations. Not only was I comfortable in coach, but I also managed to sleep well without any neck pain upon arrival. I bought one of these for myself and each of my three family members for an overseas plane trip. I have the worst trouble sleeping on airplanes, because my head always wants to fall to one side or the other and I can't get comfortable. This pillow was very comfy, supported my head/neck, and didn't let it loll to one side or the other. I also liked how compactly it rolled up into the carrying case. So, if it were just for the pillow I'd give it five stars. However, on our return journey home, two of the carrying cases broke. As I was zipping my pillow into the case, the zipper pull came off entirely. As my 18 year old was getting out of the car, the strap that attaches the pillow case to his backpack ripped right off. This was the first trip we've ever used these pillows and they didn't get hard wear and tear at all, so I would've expected the cases to hold up a lot better than they did. Read more

This is the best neck pillow i have ever had for traveling. You can put it on or there are straps to put around a cars headrest. I flew 3 hours today and the flight was very early. I knew I needed to sleep and I couldn’t find my other neck pillow. This was one of 5 that could be delivered yesterday in a few hours. This cradles your entire head. You spine is kept in alignment and no neck pain. It is so comfortable to wear because of the flat back. That allows you to to sit in your seat without your neck in the right position. A big extra is you get a case to keep the pillow in and it can clip right on your carryon or purse. It takes a little figuring out to get in the case but so worth it. I don’t have to worry about carrying something extra to the gate.If you get this travel pillow you will never get another. So I bought this for a trip to the Florida Keys from Maryland, my wife thinks she's a NASCAR driver on I95 so I figured I'd save myself some whiplash trauma. This product seems to be well made so I thought I'd spend the extra money for something better, given it is not exactly a cheaper option. That being said I understand everyone's circumstances are different, headrest, personal anatomy, fitment, etc.... I'm 6' and 190lbs in a Subaru Forester as a passenger. I wouldn't say this product let me down but it wasn't quite the miracle I was expecting. On the way down to FL it was difficult to position comfortably but on the way back up I was able to find a happy place for some amount of time. Come to find out, upon further inspection of the packaging, once returning home it says "STRAPS NOT FOR USE IN AUTOMOBILES" . I wouldn't say that's a deal breaker but It wasn't an obvious statement before purchasing. For myself, that was what attracted me to this particular item, the idea that my wife could drive like a bat out of hell and I could maintain some sort of spinal alignment because of the anchoring straps. It would seem that Dr. Ghodadra, ( orthopedic surgeon to pro athletes ) whom is pictured on the packaging and recommends this item for seated travel has not endured the thrashing of a nearly middle age woman on interstate 95. In summary I wouldn't say this is a terrible item but it may not be for everyone, it is well made but if you are not convinced it is made for your particular application you may end up in the same boat as myself. This is an amazing travel pillow. The sides are built up and provide support even if you are seated straight up. The pillow folds into the great little bag (which I have attached to my backpack). As noted in the reviews it is a little challenging to wear over the ear headphones but I make it work. I always unpack the pillow when not in use so it retains its shape. Highly recommend! Read more
